Feedback on a nutso idea

I've got a crazy idea that I would love your feedback/ideas with. I thought I would try something new with my website and my website hits with mr site are absolutely shocking and I want to get a better web presence online.I had a crazy idea of making my blog my website and using flickr to store the photos in. Flickr enables people to load their photos straight into blogger now and for $24 a year has unlimited photo storage. So I thought I'd use flickr as a place for people to browse my work and my blog as my homepage. I think it would be more interactive for users and the content would be great for the web spiders.Of course the blog would have to be majorly prettied up with no crap content but I think it might work as a very cheap alternative to a website. And it would also be an orginal way of showing my work too.Would love your comments or suggestions on the idea. Am I nuts?
